Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts that align with current production demands and existing AI characters/IPs.

• Produce narrative-driven, long-form video content, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.

• Oversee complete AI video production, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Utilize platforms such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models to create visual sequences.

• Ensure character appearance, style, and scene continuity are consistent throughout longer narratives.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction into the final outputs.

• Explore new AI models, tools, and techniques while sharing acquired skills with the team.

• Collaborate with the Content Lead’s creative vision while maintaining independence in execution and technical choices.

• Enhance workflows for improved efficiency, scalability, and quality of output.

• Report directly to the Content Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.

• A robust portfolio; experience with AI-driven video work is essential.

• Practical experience with AI video tools and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging technologies.

• Familiarity with AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or related software.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Capability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences.

• Fluent in English.

• High level of ownership and the ability to take concepts from inception to completion independently.

• An experimental mindset with comfort in ambiguity and adapting to evolving tools.

• Ability to quickly iterate and refine workflows.

• Curiosity and self-directed exploration of AI capabilities and workflows.

• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• Bonus: experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking.

• Bonus: background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or color grading.

• Bonus: familiarity with training/customizing models, including LoRAs, embeddings, and fine-tuning.

• Bonus: experience in adult, dating, or related creative fields.
