Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts tailored to production requirements and existing AI characters/intellectual property.

• Produce narrative-driven, long-form video content, featuring stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.

• Manage the complete AI video production process from brainstorming and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Utilize AI video models/platforms such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and others.

• Ensure character consistency, stylistic integrity, and scene continuity throughout extended narratives.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and perform color correction.

• Explore and test new AI models, tools, and techniques, sharing insights with the team.

• Adhere to the creative vision set by the Content Lead while independently executing technical decisions.

• Continuously refine workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality of output.

• Report directly to the Content Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, visual effects (VFX), or digital art.

• A strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven video projects is essential.

• Practical experience with contemporary AI video tools and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging alternatives.

• Knowledge of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.

• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Capability to maintain character and scene consistency in AI-generated sequences.

• Proficient in English.

• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking is an advantage.

• Background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or color grading is a plus.

• Familiarity with training/customizing models, including LoRAs, embeddings, and fine-tuning is a bonus.

• Experience within adult, dating, or related creative sectors is beneficial.

• Experience with ComfyUI is advantageous.

• Experience with Stable Diffusion/AUTOMATIC1111 and associated tools is a bonus.
