Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts aligned with current production requirements and established AI characters.

• Produce narrative-driven, long-form video content that includes both stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.

• Oversee the complete AI video production process, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Utilize Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models/platforms to create visual sequences.

• Ensure consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity throughout extended narratives.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction into final outputs.

• Experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, sharing insights with the team.

• Adhere to the creative direction set by the Content Lead while autonomously making execution and technical decisions.

• Enhance workflows for improved efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

• Report directly to the Content Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.

• A strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work is essential.

• Practical experience with contemporary AI video tools and models, including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Capability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences.

• Fluent in English.

• Ability to work autonomously from concept to completion.

• Comfortable experimenting with evolving AI tools and workflows.

• Willingness to work with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking, 3D, VFX, technical art, color grading, model training/customization, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, or AUTOMATIC1111 is advantageous.

• Previous experience in the adult, dating, or related creative industries is a plus.
