Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts tailored to current production requirements and existing AI characters.

• Produce narrative-focused, long-form video content that includes stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.

• Manage the complete AI video production process from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Utilize Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models/platforms to craft visual sequences.

• Ensure consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity throughout longer narratives.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction into the final outputs.

• Experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques while sharing insights with the team.

• Adhere to the Content Lead’s creative direction while making independent execution and technical choices.

• Optimize workflows for enhanced efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.

• Strong portfolio; AI-driven video work is essential.

• Practical experience with current AI video tools and models, including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of AI image/video generation pipelines, covering prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.

• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Capability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences.

• Proficient in English.

• Ability to work independently from concept through to completion.

• Comfort with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• Bonus: Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking.

• Bonus: Background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or color grading.

• Bonus: Familiarity with LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, AUTOMATIC1111, advanced prompting, upscaling, and inpainting.
