Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts tailored to current production requirements and established AI characters/IP.

• Produce narrative-focused, long-form video content, which may include stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.

• Oversee the complete AI video production process from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Utilize platforms such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models to create visual sequences.

• Ensure character appearance, style, and scene continuity remain consistent throughout extended narratives.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and perform color correction.

• Explore new AI models, tools, and techniques while sharing knowledge with the team.

• Collaborate with the Content Lead on creative direction while independently making technical and execution-related decisions.

• Optimize workflows for enhanced efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

• Report directly to the Content Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.

• A strong portfolio; experience in AI-driven video work is essential.

• Practical experience with AI video tools and models like Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging alternatives.

• Knowledge of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable tools.

• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Capability to maintain character and scene consistency throughout AI-generated sequences.

• Fluent in English.

• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• High level of ownership and ability to work independently.

• Adaptable to ambiguity and rapidly changing tools.

• Curious, self-motivated, and receptive to feedback.

• Bonus: experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking.

• Bonus: background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or color grading.

• Bonus: familiarity with training/customizing models, including LoRAs, embeddings, and fine-tuning.

• Bonus: previous experience in adult, dating, or related creative industries.

• Bonus: experience with ComfyUI.

• Bonus: experience with Stable Diffusion/AUTOMATIC1111, advanced prompting, trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, and inpainting.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the applicant's country of residence.

• Willingness and capability to operate under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence.
