Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts tailored to current production demands and available AI characters.

• Produce narrative-focused, long-form video content, incorporating stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.

• Manage comprehensive AI video production workflows from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Utilize Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video platforms to create visual sequences.

• Ensure consistent character design, style, and scene continuity throughout extended narratives.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction into final products.

• Experiment with new AI tools, models, and techniques, sharing insights with the team.

• Adhere to the Content Lead’s creative vision while independently making technical and execution choices.

• Continuously enhance workflows for better efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

• Report directly to the Content Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.

• Strong portfolio; AI-driven video projects are essential.

• Practical experience with AI video tools and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar.

• Knowledge of AI image/video generation processes, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar applications.

• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Capability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences.

• Fluent in English.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously from concept to completion.

• Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing tools.

• Skill in iterating, testing, refining, and improving quickly.

• Comfortable engaging with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking is advantageous.

• Background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or color grading is a plus.

• Familiarity with training or customizing models, including LoRAs, embeddings, and fine-tuning, is a plus.

• Previous experience in adult, dating, or related creative industries is a plus.

• Experience with ComfyUI is a plus.

• Familiarity with Stable Diffusion, AUTOMATIC1111, advanced prompting, trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, and inpainting is a plus.

• Willingness and ability to work under a B2B contract in the country of residence.
