Middle/Senior Storage Systems Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Assist with integration, functional, and regression testing of storage solutions.

• Evaluate system performance and resolve intricate storage challenges.

• Enhance large-scale storage environments.

• Contribute code to Lustre and associated storage infrastructure projects.

• Design, execute, and refine automation, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.

• Work collaboratively with distributed engineering teams on architecture, development, and validation tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background as a Storage Systems Developer.

• Proficiency in Linux-based storage solutions.

• Familiarity with distributed systems, storage technologies, and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.

• Extensive software development experience in Linux settings.

• Proficient in Python, Perl, Bash, or equivalent scripting languages.

• Practical experience with Git/GitHub, Gerrit, Jenkins, and automation frameworks.

• Capability to investigate complex technical issues and produce production-quality code.

• Experience with large-scale test automation and CI/CD infrastructure is advantageous.

• Knowledge of MongoDB, Ansible, and cloud-based testing environments is a plus.

• Background in HPC storage products and parallel file systems is beneficial.
