This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, solicit, develop, manage, service, retain, and enhance long-term profitable relationships in the middle market.
• Provide loan, deposit, Capital Markets, Treasury, Risk Management, and various fee-based services to current and prospective clients with annual sales ranging from $75MM to $500MM.
• Utilize CCB Industry & Advisory teams to deliver an optimal client experience.
• Refer business and personal financial needs through the appropriate channels in accordance with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
• Offer a distinctive client experience by employing the Truist Sales Process, Financial Insights, Industry & Advisory team, and Leadership Institute.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to acquire new client relationships and enhance existing ones.
• Foster portfolio revenue growth and generate new production revenue.
• Participate in credit decision-making, which includes financial statement analysis, credit structuring, underwriting requirements, policy knowledge, as well as risk identification and mitigation.
• Reach out to clients proactively to build middle market banking relationships and identify their business and personal financial needs.
• Engage the right partners to provide Truist solutions.
• Promote non-credit financial services activities and opportunities for fee-based revenue.
• Address the retail banking needs of clients' owners, management, and team members.
• Oversee large and complex corporate relationships.
• Maintain expertise in intricate credit products and structuring, including loan syndications, participations, and capital markets solutions.
• Fulfill risk, operational, policy, and quality expectations for the designated client portfolio.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant training.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in commercial banking.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Capability to manage client relationships with borrowing clients whose total debt is $10,000,000 or more.
• Highly skilled and proficient in various aspects of corporate finance, Capital Markets, Treasury, and other non-credit services.
• Ability to clearly understand complex credits.
• Insightful in all dimensions of finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office software products.
• Fluency in the English language is required.
• Must be available to work the 1st shift (United States of America).
