Middle Full Stack Developer, Node.js/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop an AI assistant capable of comprehending users' documents and taking action based on them

• Create an MCP server that showcases pdfFiller's functionalities to external AI clients

• Enhance existing product features through AI-driven improvements

• Implement tool-calling, streaming, and RAG functionalities

• Manage features from inception to deployment and oversee post-release analysis

• Ensure automated quality through unit and integration testing, as well as LLM evaluation cases

• Conduct code reviews and update documentation

• Engage in duty rotation, oversee production, and address incidents

• Suggest enhancements to processes, tools, and legacy code

• Allocate approximately 80% of efforts on backend development and 20% on frontend using the specified technology stack

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in LangGraph or LangChain, agent orchestration, and state machines

• Knowledgeable in RAG and vector search (pgvector)

• Understanding of SSE or other streaming protocols

• Familiar with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry and the Grafana stack

• Experienced in LLM evaluation, including evaluation datasets and LLM-as-judge

• Skilled in writing technical documentation (C4, ADR)
