This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
β’ Oversee a portfolio of over 500 accounts while consistently meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
β’ Develop and sustain robust pipeline coverage through outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic territory initiatives.
β’ Approach each conversation with a well-defined perspective and utilize structured discovery techniques to identify pain points, decision-making criteria, and desired business outcomes.
β’ Collaborate throughout the customer lifecycle to enhance activation, reduce churn, and pinpoint opportunities for expansion.
β’ Ensure high accuracy in CRM records and leverage tools like Gong and Tableau to enhance deal strategies.
β’ Provide precise forecasts, identify risks early, and maintain multiple avenues to achieve quota.
β’ At least three years of experience in a full-cycle B2B sales position.
β’ Demonstrated experience utilizing structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN Selling).
β’ Proven ability to strategically manage a portfolio of over 500 accounts.
β’ Track record of sales success in a frontline quota-carrying capacity.
β’ Strong proficiency in cold calling and outbound prospecting techniques.
β’ Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of CRM and engagement tools.
