Mid-Level/Senior Back-End Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, test, and deploy software solutions utilizing Java while ensuring high application quality and performance.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and suggest effective technical solutions.

• Maintain and enhance existing systems, pinpointing areas for improvement.

• Engage in code reviews and advocate for best practices in development.

• Document the processes and solutions developed, ensuring clarity and continuity of work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with Java 11 and above.

• Familiarity with test automation methodologies.

• Proven experience in developing web services and APIs (using JSON or XML over HTTP).

• Background in working with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.

• Proficiency in using container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift).

• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, specifically Kafka.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, etc.) and lean concepts.

• Understanding of information security principles.

• Knowledge in developing distributed and concurrent applications.
