Mid-Level SQL Server Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, uphold, and enhance SQL Server queries for optimal data retrieval.

• Establish and manage SQL Server databases, prioritizing security and performance.

• Generate visual reports, dashboards, and analyses utilizing Power BI.

• Utilize ETL and various integration methods to amalgamate data from diverse sources.

• Collaborate with agile teams, comprising developers, analysts, and project managers.

• Oversee and sustain data quality and integrity, implementing adjustments as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and functions.

• Proven experience in creating and personalizing reports and dashboards using Power BI.

• Acquainted with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Capability to model data in alignment with business requirements.

• Understanding of implementing security protocols within SQL Server.

• Proficient in communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to efficiently function as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze and address complex issues effectively.

• Strong emphasis on precision and quality in code development and report generation.

• Flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements and priorities in a dynamic, agile setting.

• Competence in identifying and resolving technical challenges and business obstacles.

• Experience in the insurance or HealthTech sectors is a plus.
