Mid-Level Software Engineer, NLP Prompts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and validate both supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning models.

• Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Deep Learning methodologies to address business challenges.

• Assist Virtual Assistant initiatives by refining prompts and assessing the precision of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based solutions.

• Perform exploratory data analyses and feature engineering tasks to enhance model performance.

• Engage in defining and advancing the architecture of Artificial Intelligence solutions within Cloud settings.

• Create predictive and prescriptive solutions to aid in decision-making processes.

• Oversee and maintain models in production, ensuring their performance, stability, and accuracy.

• Document workflows, technical choices, and experimental outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Significant experience with Python programming.

• Substantial experience with SQL.

• Proven experience with supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning techniques.

• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and language modeling.

• Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.

• Experience with data visualization tools.

• Knowledge of Cloud computing environments.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English for interpreting technical documentation and scholarly articles.

• Familiarity with Java is advantageous.

• Experience with AI Agent-based architectures is a plus.

• Knowledge of MLOps pipelines and model versioning is beneficial.

• Familiarity with frameworks for deploying Machine Learning models is a plus.

• Participation in AI projects focused on automation, customer service, recommendation systems, or anomaly detection is a plus.

• Certifications in Cloud Computing or Artificial Intelligence are advantageous.

• Experience in high-volume enterprise data environments is a plus.
