This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

• Contribute to the design, development, and testing of high-quality conversational AI systems.

• Collaborate with clients to analyze and comprehend business requirements.

• Design applications according to established usability standards and business needs.

• Implement and evaluate semantic models and conversation flows utilizing machine learning and rule-based methodologies.

• Analyze real-world human-system interactions, evaluate overall system performance, and identify opportunities for enhancements.

• Participate in QA activities, including regression and end-to-end testing.

• Junior-level programming experience is a valuable asset.

• Capability to work with and analyze data to derive insights.

• Familiarity with dialog systems, whether voice or chat-based; experience with other production-level NLU/NLP/Agentic solutions is advantageous.

• Experience in consuming external systems such as web services.

• Proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, and/or bash scripting.

• Familiarity with GitLab and Jira.

• Strong communication skills; customer-facing experience is essential.

• Ambitious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn, with a talent for analytical and creative thinking and a keen attention to detail.

• Well-organized for both team and individual tasks.

• Academic degree in Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
