This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +4 more countries.

• Participate in the design, development, and testing of production-quality conversational AI systems.

• Collaborate with clients to analyze and comprehend their business requirements.

• Create application designs that align with established usability principles and business needs.

• Develop and test semantic models and conversation flows, utilizing both machine learning and rule-based methodologies.

• Evaluate real-world human-system interactions, measure overall system performance, and identify areas for improvement.

• Take part in quality assurance activities, including regression testing and end-to-end testing.

• Basic programming knowledge is a significant advantage.

• Capability to work with and analyze data to derive insights.

• Familiarity with dialog systems, whether voice or chat-based; experience with other production-level NLU/NLP/Agentic solutions is beneficial.

• Experience interfacing with external systems, such as web services.

• Proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, and/or bash scripting.

• Knowledge of GitLab and Jira.

• Strong communication skills; comfortable in customer-facing roles.

• Ambitious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn, with a talent for analytical and creative thinking, and a keen eye for detail.

• Well-organized for both team-oriented and independent tasks.

• Accountable for meeting demanding deadlines.

• Degree in Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
