Mid-Level Service Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze intricate ecosystems utilizing service blueprints, empathy maps, and flow diagrams.

• Convert business requirements and user challenges into cohesive omnichannel experiences.

• Lead discovery sessions, co-creation workshops, and ideation activities using FigJam.

• Develop user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes ranging from low to high fidelity.

• Collaborate with Product, Research, Content, and Development teams to ensure technical viability.

• Assist in the implementation of solutions while ensuring quality and clarity during the handoff process.

• Record design choices and service solutions for both internal teams and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in Service Design, Strategic Design, or process-oriented Product Design.

• Expertise in tools like Figma and FigJam for visualization, documentation, and visual facilitation.

• Comprehensive understanding of information architecture, usability, and mapping methodologies.

• Systems thinking capability and the ability to grasp the larger context before suggesting specific solutions.

• Independence, organization, and reliability in managing and delivering assigned projects.

• Confidence to work in dynamic settings with shifting priorities and loosely defined demands.

• Effective communication and strong presentation abilities to articulate design decisions and guide technical and business stakeholders.

• Commitment to transparency and accountability regarding deadlines, alignment, and obligations.

• Capacity to balance optimal user experience with operational feasibility and business impact.

• Critical thinking skills to question assumptions and evaluate the long-term effects of proposed solutions.
