Mid-Level Risk, Resilience and Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in conducting risk and resilience assessments (RAP)

• Perform interviews with both business and IT teams

• Evaluate security policies, processes, controls, and governance

• Organize and compile evidence

• Aid in technical validations alongside infrastructure, cloud, and security teams

• Assist in the creation of reports and action plans

• Implement phishing and security awareness initiatives, including launching campaigns, monitoring participation, and analyzing outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in security, risk management, or compliance

• Basic to intermediate understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS

• Familiarity with risk concepts

• Understanding of networks, cloud technologies, and vulnerabilities

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Strong organization and discipline in managing tasks

• Effective communication skills, especially for interviews and documentation

• Proactive in gathering information and addressing inquiries

• Capability to handle multiple topics at once

• Desire to learn about both technical and business subjects

• Ability to collaborate with a variety of teams

• Experience with assessments or audits

• Knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and privacy regulations

• Entry-level certifications, such as Security+ or ISO 27001 Foundation

• Proficient in advanced Spanish
