Cybersecurity Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Execute a diverse range of fundamental Cybersecurity Analysis responsibilities within a designated organization or functional sector.

• Observe, evaluate, investigate, and react to information outlined in daily security reports.

• Aid in the supervision of security events and incidents generated by the security information management system.

• Carry out operational security functions and address security-related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.

• Review and assess vendor and third-party cybersecurity reports and documentation.

• Perform cybersecurity risk assessments and engage in control selection activities.

• Detect unusual events and security violations that take advantage of system vulnerabilities.

• Develop and sustain network security documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree along with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI to enhance task efficiency.

• Ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team.

• Eligibility for necessary U.S. Government authorizations as per U.S. export control regulations.
