This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gather, investigate, and evaluate threat intelligence from open, deep, and dark web resources, as well as social media, forums, and commercial intelligence platforms.
• Observe and analyze threat actors, cybercrime activities, vulnerabilities, malware campaigns, and emerging threats pertinent to customer environments.
• Integrate information from various sources to identify indicators, trends, risks, and actionable intelligence insights.
• Generate intelligence reports, assessments, alerts, and briefings for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Address customer intelligence needs through timely production of intelligence and threat notification activities.
• Utilize analytical methodologies and intelligence tradecraft to create precise and defensible intelligence assessments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security, and operational teams to aid investigations, threat hunting, and intelligence-driven decision-making.
• Enhance intelligence processes, collection programs, knowledge bases, and reporting standards.
• Deliver demonstrations and value propositions while remotely facilitating client onboarding, monthly touchpoint calls, and Quarterly Business Reviews to support renewal and cross-sell efforts.
• Offer Q&A and product feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree or Practical Engineer diploma in a relevant technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in threat intelligence, cybersecurity, intelligence analysis, investigations, or related fields.
• Proficient understanding of cyber threat intelligence methodologies, intelligence lifecycle concepts, and structured analytical techniques.
• Experience in conducting intelligence gathering and research utilizing OSINT, social media, dark web, and other publicly available sources.
• Knowledge of threat actors, cybercrime, malware, ransomware, phishing, social engineering, and typical attack methodologies.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, operating systems, internet protocols, and vulnerability management frameworks.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to produce actionable intelligence assessments.
• Proactive, highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
• Outstanding SLA management and reporting skills.
• Practical troubleshooting experience with Linux, Unix, and Windows Server operating systems.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies in cluster configurations.
• Experience in container orchestration and management using Kubernetes.
• Configuration and integration of LAN network equipment.
• Knowledge of enterprise server hardware (preferred).
• Understanding of telecommunications protocols and technologies including GSM, GPRS, 5G, UMTS, 4G/LTE, and VoLTE (preferred).
• Experience with packet sniffing, capture, and data traffic/packet stream analysis tools (preferred).
• Scripting skills in Python or PowerShell for automation and system administration (preferred).
