Mid-Level QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and uphold test cases and suites for both web and mobile products.

• Address integration, system, cross-browser, and cross-platform testing scenarios.

• Evaluate APIs and backend processes using Postman and SQL.

• Assess requirements and specifications for testability early in the development cycle.

• Conduct regression testing to facilitate product releases.

• Assist in the investigation of production incidents.

• Clearly document defects, monitor resolution progress, and validate fixes, including production hotfixes.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance test design, requirements analysis, and investigations while critically evaluating outputs.

• Engage in test planning and estimation alongside the team.

• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to establish quality standards for gaming features.

• Enhance QA processes and ensure documentation is up to date.

• Keep stakeholders updated with clear and actionable feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in Quality Assurance with extensive hands-on experience in test documentation, requirements testing, and integration testing.

• Strong understanding of software testing principles, test design methodologies, and SDLC processes.

• Experience in testing both web and mobile applications.

• Comprehensive knowledge of client-server architecture and API interaction.

• Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or similar within a QA framework.

• Proficiency in writing structured prompts and critically evaluating AI outputs for inaccuracies or flawed assumptions.

• Confident in using DevTools, Postman, and SQL.

• Familiarity with test case management tools like Testmo, TestRail, or equivalent.

• Knowledge of monitoring or debugging tools such as Sentry, Kibana, or Grafana.

• Experience with BrowserStack or similar platforms for cross-browser/device testing.

• A background in the iGaming sector.
