Mid-level Platform Engineer – Media Production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain backend services and APIs using Java and Golang.

• Assist in the transition of services from the CMS vendor, including handling authentication.

• Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud and AWS platforms.

• Create tests and uphold efficient CI/CD pipelines.

• Engage in code reviews, planning sessions, and participate in on-call or support rotations.

• Embrace an AI-first approach with enterprise AI tools provided by the client.

• Collaborate with senior engineers in the Core Platform team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in backend engineering.

• Proven experience with Java or Golang, with a readiness to work in both languages.

• Practical experience with managed services on Google Cloud or AWS.

• Knowledge in building and using REST APIs.

• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience in unit and integration testing along with CI/CD practices.

• Daily interaction with AI coding assistants.

• Proficient in English.

• Currently residing in Latin America.
