Mid-level .NET/Angular Developer – AI, Spec-Driven

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Comprehend business requirements and articulate them into clear, structured technical solutions.

• Analyze and elaborate on business rules, workflows, screens, integrations, validations, and acceptance criteria.

• Create functional and technical specifications to direct development efforts.

• Design and enhance applications utilizing .NET, Angular, REST APIs, relational databases, and integrations.

• Leverage AI tools to assist in development, documentation, testing, refactoring, and code analysis.

• Conduct critical reviews of AI-assisted solutions and code to ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability.

• Engage in API design, data modeling, integrations, and technical decision-making processes.

• Identify deficiencies in requirements, systemic impacts, and technical risks.

• Mentor less experienced developers in analysis, best practices, and the responsible use of AI technology.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes, technical standards, and quality of delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in developing with C# and .NET.

• Proficient in building and maintaining REST APIs.

• Familiarity with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Knowledge of SQL Server or other relational database systems.

• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, authentication, authorization, and system integrations.

• Understanding of sound architectural practices, code organization, design patterns, and separation of concerns.

• Proficient with Git, version control, and collaborative development practices.

• Critical mindset for reviewing code, identifying technical challenges, and proposing enhancements.

• Effective communication skills, autonomy, organizational abilities, and capacity for collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to support development, analysis, documentation, and testing.

• Preferred: Hands-on experience with Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools.

• Preferred: Experience in specification-driven development, technical documentation, or Spec-Driven Development.

• Preferred: Understanding of automated testing, CI/CD, observability, logging, and failure analysis.

• Preferred: Background in systems with complex business rules, integrations, legacy systems, or in the insurance sector.
