AI Engineer – RAG and Agents, Content Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create engaging content for Jala University's Master in AI Systems Engineering program.

• Contribute to hands-on education designed to meet industry requirements.

• Facilitate the connection between academia and industry through education focused on software development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in production software, with at least 2 years in production AI/ML.

• Practical experience in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems (dense, sparse, hybrid retrieval) using real-world data.

• Proven experience in developing retrieval evaluation frameworks that assess hallucination risk.

• A history of delivering AI agents equipped with observability features and human-in-the-loop controls.

• Proficient in Python, LangGraph, ChromaDB, Neo4j, RAGAS, DeepEval, and Docker.

• Exceptional technical writing and documentation abilities.

• Professional proficiency in written English.
