Manager, Training – Workflow Optimization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the development, execution, and assessment of in-person, eLearning, and virtual training programs.

• Keep informed about new features in athenaOne and their relevance for Privia Medical Group providers.

• Collaborate with department leaders to guarantee outstanding Care Center experiences and outcomes related to key initiatives.

• Drive continuous process improvement, escalations, and innovation.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to a team of trainers.

• Act as the lead for training, workflow, and configuration workstreams for new markets and enterprise groups.

• Create, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs.

• Assess and refresh training materials as needed.

• Support and enhance internal athena training programs for new employees.

• Assist market-based teams with problem resolution, new initiatives, and subject matter expertise.

• Offer guidance and education for market-based training programs.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Privia Health's technology platform and workflows.

• Coordinate national training requests and manage resource allocation for national trainers.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for pre- and post-live training activities.

• Foster relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Work together with Clinical IT on pilot opportunities, enhancement requests, and release cycles.

• Develop, lead, and implement initiatives to operationalize strategies via training.

• Monitor and report on operational and functional metrics.

• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

• Over 3 years of experience with athenahealth.

• Familiarity with advanced medical terminology.

• Compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations is mandatory.

• Minimum download speed of 5 MBPS required for remote workers.

• Minimum upload speed of 3 MBPS required for remote workers.

• 50% travel is necessary.
