Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer, Python, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and sustain applications utilizing Python, React, FastAPI, and other technologies within the ecosystem.

• Support and advance intricate products in live production settings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions that deliver value to both the business and its customers.

• Engage in technical decision-making and architecture discussions, contributing to the evolution of the system.

• Create and sustain code that emphasizes quality, security, performance, and scalability.

• Tackle complex issues by exploring root causes and suggesting sustainable solutions.

• Take part in refactoring initiatives and technology modernization projects.

• Optimize SQL queries and assist in the development of the platform’s databases.

• Participate in code reviews, ensuring compliance with the team’s engineering standards.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines.

• Create and sustain automated tests to enhance reliability and quality of delivery.

• Operate in a collaborative setting that promotes knowledge sharing, peer support, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in developing and maintaining medium- to high-complexity systems.

• Practical experience with Python in production environments.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and React.

• Experience in building and maintaining APIs using FastAPI, Django, or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or equivalent technologies.

• Understanding of systems architecture, microservices, and software engineering best practices.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

• Analytical skills to identify issues, investigate root causes, and propose solutions.

• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage priorities effectively.

• Strong communication skills to engage with a diverse range of audiences, including technical, product, and business teams.

• A collaborative mindset and willingness to give and receive feedback.

• A continuous interest in learning, innovation, and technological progress.

• Knowledge of Angular.

• Experience with architectural modernization processes and system migrations.

• Background in SaaS products, retail technology, or large-scale solutions.

• Experience with observability, performance monitoring, and application optimization.

• Utilization of Artificial Intelligence tools in software development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
