Mid-level Front-end Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Convert complex business rules and logic into high-quality, high-performance, and accessible user interfaces.

• Operate with a high degree of autonomy to address challenges, from initial collaboration with the Product team to delivery in production.

• Develop and sustain systems using vanilla JavaScript, prioritizing modularity, maintainability, and seamless integration with APIs and the backend ecosystem.

• Assist in defining and promoting best practices for Angular and legacy projects.

• Collaborate in the utilization, upkeep, and advancement of the Design System.

• Perform code reviews that emphasize architecture, security, and engineering best practices.

• Decompose large deliverables into small, continuous, and cohesive increments.

• Oversee production solutions by analyzing error metrics, performance, and availability.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance development workflows, automation, and testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in vanilla JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Hands-on experience with using or constructing Design Systems.

• Emphasis on Software Engineering and Web Performance (Web Vitals).

• Self-sufficiency and a product-oriented development approach.

• Proficient in code versioning with Git.

• Familiarity with Accessibility (WCAG) and Responsive Design.

• Understanding of the static asset minification process.

• Proficient in technical English.
