Mid-Level Forward-Deployed Data & Analytics Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client meetings to comprehend their data and analytics requirements, challenges, and goals

• Collect and document specifications, converting business needs into solution frameworks and details

• Create and configure data visualization solutions and dashboards

• Leverage platform functionalities to organize agents, workflows, and features that assist analytics initiatives

• Collaborate with data and metrics to develop visualizations that align with client goals

• Coordinate with internal development teams for more complex technical implementations

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, open issues, and overall progress

• Provide status updates to clients, respond to inquiries, and manage expectations

• Collect feedback and suggest modifications to implemented solutions

• Document requirements, scopes, decisions, and essential information needed for project execution

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of delivered processes and solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience or practical knowledge in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), data engineering, or related fields

• Proficiency in SQL

• Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard creation tools, such as Power BI

• Basic understanding of data analysis and interpretation principles

• Capability to interpret business requirements and convert them into technical or functional solutions

• Interest in or practical experience with artificial intelligence, AI agents, or solutions that integrate AI and data

• Exceptional communication skills for leading meetings, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions to clients

• Strong organizational abilities for managing projects, deadlines, deliverables, and competing demands simultaneously

• Analytical, proactive, and problem-solving attitude

• Functional English proficiency for written communication and participation in internal meetings

• Preferred: experience with Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, or ETL processes

• Preferred: knowledge of Python for data manipulation or solution integration

• Preferred: familiarity with cloud computing and data architectures

• Preferred: experience delivering data projects for enterprise clients, particularly large organizations

• Preferred: experience with SaaS platforms, AI agents, or intelligent automation
