This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create new functionalities and uphold existing ones while maintaining code quality and readability.
• Engage in dialogues regarding application architecture and development strategies.
• Take part in code review sessions.
• Propose UX and performance enhancements to minimize support requests and elevate user satisfaction.
• Proven experience with Flutter development.
• Understanding of Design Systems.
• Familiarity with unit testing and widget testing.
• Knowledge of various state management techniques.
• Awareness of architectural patterns, particularly Clean Architecture.
• Acquainted with design and development patterns (e.g., Facades, Decorators, etc.).
• Experience with backend integration utilizing request providers like Dio.
• Understanding of microservices/Micro Apps architecture.
• Familiarity with TDD/BDD is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of feature management via Firebase Remote Config or feature toggles.
• Basic knowledge of Firebase Dynamic Links is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with crash analysis tools like Firebase Crashlytics (not essential).
• Understanding of analytics implementation through Firebase Analytics tagging.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins.
• Familiarity with code quality tools like Sonar is optional.
• Experience with project and task management tools, preferably Jira.
• Proficient in repository management tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum.
• Understanding of the application of artificial intelligence in software development, including tools like Devin, Cursor, or Gemini; integration of AI APIs; concepts of language models (LLM); and best practices for AI integration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to think critically and analytically.
