Mid-Level Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and manage SQL queries for data extraction and analysis purposes.

• Perform exploratory and diagnostic analyses to fulfill business requirements.

• Examine discrepancies and inconsistencies within databases, proposing effective solutions and corrections.

• Merge and analyze extensive datasets to uncover patterns, opportunities, and potential risks.

• Create ad hoc studies and analyses with minimal supervision.

• Guarantee the quality, reliability, and traceability of the information produced.

• Record business rules, assumptions, and outcomes of analyses.

• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Operate autonomously to prioritize and fulfill project requests.

• Rapidly develop an understanding of the business context and data sources.

• Provide high-quality analyses in a fast-paced environment with varying demands.

• Independently devise analytical solutions, from problem comprehension to result delivery.

• Ensure data consistency across various sources and business rules.

• Contribute to the project's advancement through data-driven insights and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mid-Level Data Analyst.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL for developing complex queries.

• Familiarity with GCP/BigQuery or similar environments.

• Experience in data manipulation, cleansing, and validation techniques.

• Understanding of data modeling and relational database structures.

• Background in conducting exploratory analyses and tackling business challenges with data.

• Knowledge of Power BI for metric consumption and validation.

• Awareness of best practices in query performance and optimization.

• Experience in documenting analyses and business rules.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Familiarity with GCP/BigQuery.

• Knowledge of Power BI.

• Proficient in Excel.
