Operations Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide insights driven by data to guide strategy and decision-making

• Utilize AI tools to enhance processes and boost efficiency

• Develop analyses that support business cases aimed at growth and operational excellence

• Examine servicing and collections performance, application funnels, and contact-center metrics

• Create and uphold automated reports and data files for lending partners, investors, and vendors

• Align partner requirements with company data and ensure timely delivery of reports

• Sustain and expand data models within Snowflake and dbt

• Assist with dashboards utilized by Operations leaders

• Implement consistent key metric definitions, review existing models, and reconcile company figures with partner data

• Spot performance gaps, validate hypotheses using data, and formulate recommendations for leadership

• Employ AI tools in analytical tasks, including AI-assisted dbt development and automated request handling

• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams to define requests and provide solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst position

• Proficient SQL skills with experience in building and maintaining data models

• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI)

• Strong business insight and capability to convert data into actionable insights

• Ability to manage workload independently and complete projects punctually with minimal supervision

• Experience with AI/ML tools or the implementation of AI-driven solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or a high-growth environment is desirable

• Knowledge of Python or another programming language for data analysis is a plus

• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud is advantageous

• A Master's degree in a related field is a plus
