Mid-Level Corporate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Preparing legal documents, including pleadings, appeals, and procedural submissions

• Overseeing civil and corporate litigation cases

• Advocating for debtors and creditors in bankruptcy and judicial reorganization processes

• Submitting proofs of claim, objections to claims, and challenges to claims

• Participating in Creditors’ General Meetings

• Managing enforcement actions, collections, and measures focused on credit recovery

• Evaluating legal proceedings and developing strategies

• Leading hearings, attending court meetings, and keeping track of deadlines

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and active membership in the bar

• Background in civil and corporate litigation

• Exceptional legal writing abilities and a solid understanding of procedural law

• Strong organizational skills, accountability, and the capacity to handle cases independently

• Primarily focused on litigation and procedural work

• Immediate availability for start

• Prior experience in judicial reorganization, bankruptcy, and credit recovery is advantageous
