Mid-Level BI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create dashboards and validation criteria for the HRS department.

• Design validation templates and automate rules for data analysis.

• Work with extensive datasets.

• Share expertise to aid in future dashboard enhancements.

• Manage, create, and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Collect requirements.

• Map out processes.

• Develop and sustain dashboards.

• Conduct meetings with clients and stakeholders.

• Create automated routines.

• Provide technical assistance to various departments within the company.

• Ensure the quality and integrity of data.

• Share knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in creating dashboards and developing and validating tool rules.

• Experience in developing dashboards that connect to external systems.

• Expertise in gathering functional requirements and converting them into technical solutions.

• Experience in creating and analyzing KPIs.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Proficiency in DAX.

• Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Power Query.

• Understanding of data modeling and table relationships, including 1:N and 1:1 relationships.

• Familiarity with Power BI Report Server (PBRS).

• Acquainted with M language.

• Familiar with SQL.

• Knowledge of relational and dimensional database modeling.

• Understanding of Copilot.

• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in English is preferred.

• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

• Knowledge of accounting is preferred.

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and data lakes is preferred.
