BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, comprehend business processes, and convert them into data models and reporting solutions.

• Compose, optimize, and sustain complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Create and oversee data models, datasets, and visualizations with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and storytelling.

• Ensure the integrity and security of data in reporting solutions.

• Implement best practices in BI reporting, data visualization, and information design.

• Identify opportunities to automate and enhance reporting processes for improved efficiency and scalability.

• Provide support for ad hoc analysis and reporting requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional knowledge of Power BI, encompassing data modeling, DAX formulas, advanced dashboard design, and report optimization.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to compose, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries for large and varied datasets.

• Comprehensive understanding of information design principles.

• Proven capability to translate intricate data into intuitive and insightful visualizations and reports.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication skills and capacity to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other highly regulated, data-intensive sectors.

• Familiarity with additional BI tools or programming languages, such as Python, is advantageous.

• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
