Mid-Level BI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate performance along with friction points following the deployment of websites and applications.

• Develop on-demand dashboards to monitor website and app data effectively.

• Assist in identifying friction points and bugs present on the website and app.

• Aid in the validation process of the tag map for both the website and app.

• Track overall metrics and customer journey across the website and app.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SQL, facilitating the analysis of extensive data sets.

• Fundamental understanding of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Familiarity with essential e-commerce and Web Analytics metrics.

• Experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Data Studio, Excel, and others.

• Excellent communication abilities, especially when collaborating with technology and business teams.

• Knowledgeable in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

• Strong analytical capabilities, adept at converting large data volumes into actionable solutions.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms.
