BI Analyst, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate performance and identify friction points after deployments on the website and application.

• Develop on-demand dashboards to monitor website and application data.

• Assist in pinpointing friction points and bugs on the website and application.

• Aid in the validation of the tag map for the website and application.

• Continuously track metrics and customer journeys throughout the website and application.

⛳️ Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of SQL, facilitating the analysis of substantial data volumes.

• Basic understanding of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.

• Familiarity with essential e-commerce and web analytics metrics.

• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Data Studio, and Excel.

• Excellent communication abilities, especially with both technology and business teams.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

• Analytical skills to convert large data sets into actionable solutions.

• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
