• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and deliver high-quality features.

• Assist in defining the long-term technology vision and new component architectures.

• Contribute to the product by creating innovative solutions.

• Engage in technical decision-making within the team.

• Restructure and refactor existing systems as necessary.

• Monitor alert channels, identify blockers, mitigate them, and propose effective solutions.

• Evolve and maintain solutions to enhance advertisers' performance on the portals and in ad management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with microservices architecture.

• Proficient as a Fullstack developer with Java/Kotlin, Node.js, Golang, and React/Next.js.

• Strong grasp of software architecture, development best practices, and cloud platforms (AWS).

• Familiarity with messaging and event-driven architecture, including Kafka and AWS (SNS/SQS).

• Experience with production systems, including responsibility for operating and optimizing applications at scale.

• Meticulous attention to code quality and standardization, encompassing testing routines and documentation.

• Understanding of agile practices such as Kanban, along with roles, ceremonies, and artifacts.

• Capability to engage in technical discussions, explore solutions, and drive sound decisions for the team.

• Eagerness to explore and suggest new technical and process solutions.
