Mid-Level Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain scalable, highly available microservices utilizing Node.js and AWS.

• Facilitate effective integration between internal and external systems using SNS, SQS, Lambda, and other technologies.

• Collaborate with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.

• Develop and uphold scalable, resilient solutions in production settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or a similar field.

• Proficient in Node.js for creating microservices, APIs, and system integrations.

• Familiarity with essential AWS services, including EKS, SNS, SQS, Lambda, MongoDB Atlas, and DynamoDB.

• Understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Demonstrated experience as a Backend Developer or Microservices Developer, particularly with Node.js.

• Background in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous communication protocols.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).

• Proficient in system monitoring and log management (AWS CloudWatch, ELK, etc.).

• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Dedication to code quality and development best practices.

• Preferred qualifications: AWS Step Functions, Lambda, Terraform, Azure DevOps, distributed systems architecture, API Gateway, Event Sourcing, CQRS, AWS certification, and artificial intelligence technologies.
