Mid-Level Attorney – Contracts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate a range of corporate agreements and technology contracts, concentrating on SaaS, cloud services, software licenses, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Oversee the complete contract lifecycle within the contract management system, which includes registration, version control, approval workflows, term tracking, and renewals.

• Conduct direct negotiations with counterparties, clients, and suppliers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective risk management.

• Offer advisory support to clients’ business teams to promote secure and efficient contracting processes.

• Create reports from the contract management system to track deadlines, volumes, and the status of negotiations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• Postgraduate degree in contracts, Digital Law, or Business Law.

• Significant experience in analyzing and negotiating various commercial agreements and technology contracts, particularly SaaS agreements.

• Practical understanding of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) in contractual contexts and knowledge of digital business models.

• Solutions-oriented, collaborative, organized, and focused on facilitating business operations.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
