This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage production issues from support to resolution by replicating, diagnosing, correcting, verifying, and closing the feedback loop with reporters.
• Take responsibility for the output quality of multi-agent research and qualification pipelines, addressing stale facts, unsupported claims, flawed model reasoning, broken or circular citations, and empty result sets.
• Deliver scoped product enhancements from start to finish, which includes filtering, ownership assignment, bulk import, UI refinement, notifications, and error reporting.
• Oversee the release process from local environments through development, staging, and production, ensuring staging accurately reflects production and requires explicit promotion approval.
• Keep hotfixes precise and avoid unreviewed pushes to production.
• Manage feature flags, tenant configurations, and environment variables across various tenants.
• Implement systematic QA through regression coverage, pre-demo verification, and repeatable customer-release checks.
• Execute the approved architectural intent accurately.
• Report directly to the client’s CTO and Co-Founder while collaborating with two engineers, the Head of Product/Delivery, and the CSM team.
• Handle the operational aspects of engineering, allowing leadership to concentrate on long-term architecture and roadmap planning.
• 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience, including significant time in a startup or growth-stage environment where you were responsible for production, not just handling tickets.
• Proven, hands-on experience in building and troubleshooting LLM and multi-agent workflows, including prompt/context engineering, tool invocation, evaluation and guardrails, as well as cost and latency management.
• Strong backend and API development skills.
• Proficient in a Git/PR workflow, capable of reading logs and traces, and debugging distributed or workflow-orchestrated systems.
• A natural QA instinct with the ability to test work and evaluate regression risks.
• Proficient with AI coding tools and capable of critically reviewing model outputs.
• Direct, low-ego communication style and comfort working closely with product, CSM, and sales teams on a daily basis.
• Experience with data quality, provenance, citation, or fact-verification systems.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar AI integration layers.
• Previous experience in a CRM, sales technology, or revenue intelligence product.
• Comfortable providing support to live enterprise customers, including addressing in-flight fixes before customer meetings.
• Must be fully remote within the United States and available during US Eastern business hours.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of residence; visa sponsorship is not available, and applicants must not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Competitive base salary.
• Flexible work model: hybrid, remote, or in-office options.
• Real opportunities for growth and leadership visibility.
• An inclusive, respectful culture that combines U.S. innovation with Colombian heart.
• A company that listens, invests in your development, and celebrates collective successes.
• Potential for contract extension or conversion.
