Microsoft Specializations Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist Microsoft partners in their quest to achieve specializations.

• Guide partners from the initial orientation to the successful completion of a Microsoft specialization.

• Conduct discovery and consulting discussions.

• Assess the partner’s current status and recommend appropriate Microsoft specializations.

• Create tailored specialization roadmaps.

• Facilitate workshops and provide insights on Microsoft requirements and evidence.

• Aid in preparation for audits and assessments.

• Offer support throughout the entire specialization journey.

• Plan and oversee consulting projects.

• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Document the progress of projects while ensuring a high standard of consulting quality.

• Keep an eye on changes within the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem.

• Assess new requirements and programs.

• Prepare pertinent information for partners and internal teams.

• Assist in presales meetings.

• Draft proposals and statements of work.

• Innovate new consulting methods and services.

• Collaborate closely with the Consulting Team Lead.

• Gradually take ownership of client projects and responsibilities within the How to Specialize offering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience within the Microsoft partner ecosystem or in IT consulting.

• Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies.

• Basic understanding of Azure, Modern Work, or Security.

• Experience engaging in client projects.

• Methodical and organized work approach.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

• Professional and confident demeanor when interacting with clients.

• Strong eagerness to learn.

• Interest in Microsoft programs and funding models.

• Experience with Microsoft Solutions Partner designations (preferred).

• Familiarity with Microsoft specializations (preferred).

• Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (preferred).

• Understanding of Azure infrastructure (preferred).

• Experience in conducting workshops (preferred).

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (preferred).
