Metrology Technician, Field-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Conduct calibration and maintenance of client equipment, especially liquid handling devices.

• Establish metrology schedules and inspection protocols for specific equipment in partnership with clients.

• Oversee customer interventions and travel to client locations as necessary.

• Independently manage working hours.

• Ensure the dependability and compliance of clients’ measuring instruments.

• Execute on-site tasks in line with relevant standards.

• Foster trusted relationships with clients and guarantee their satisfaction.

• Play a role in the growth of a start-up within Eurofins Technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a two- to three-year higher education degree in quality assurance or laboratory technology.

• A valid driving license is necessary.

• Knowledge of metrology is preferred.

• Experience in volumetric measurement is an asset.

• Highly self-sufficient, meticulous, well-organized, and customer-focused.

• Willingness to travel primarily within the Grand Est and Hauts-de-France regions, with occasional travel elsewhere in France.

• Frequent overnight stays required during the workweek.

• Capability to undergo training and onboarding in Nantes over several months.
