Merchandiser – Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Implement in-store merchandising standards effectively.

• Set up displays and execute planograms.

• Install promotional materials (POS) as required.

• Optimize visibility, shelf space, and product availability.

• Identify opportunities to enhance sales and brand visibility.

• Suggest modifications to improve in-store performance.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with store managers.

• Work in collaboration with the sales team to support commercial strategies.

• Complete visit documentation accurately.

• Perform between 4 to 10 store visits daily.

• Ensure impeccable execution in IGA, Walmart, Maxi, Metro, and Super C locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (mandatory).

• Minimum of one year of experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.

• Experience in grocery is highly advantageous.

• Capability to lift weights of up to 50 lb.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.

• Proficient in spoken and written French.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High school diploma is considered an asset.
