Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish and refresh shelving, displays, walls, and other areas in accordance with the provided planogram and instructions.

• Organize and plan store visits within the designated territory.

• Relay work schedules to team members as necessary.

• Participate in training conference calls, online training sessions, and field training as needed.

• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts in-store.

• Complete all shift reporting, including daily reports that feature photographs of completed tasks. This reporting is conducted online.

• Effectively communicate and conduct various calls with stores, including Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, and others.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in merchandising is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in understanding and implementing changes to a planogram.

• Excellent organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.

• Energetic, self-driven, and enthusiastic individual.

• Adaptable and flexible in various situations.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for exclusive use.

• Willingness to travel up to 160 kilometers from your area.

• Proficient in using a computer, with internet access and the capability to take and submit photos of your work.
