This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic assessments and collaboratively create evidence-informed treatment plans.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist members facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Occasionally work flexibly with members dealing with substance use disorders.

• Ensure clear and prompt clinical documentation within the EMR system.

• Coordinate care as necessary and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and relevant state licensure requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold an active, unrestricted Oregon license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate; LPC Associates must reside in Oregon.

• Candidates residing outside of Oregon must possess an active, unrestricted license in their respective state of residence.

• Licenses will be validated through the appropriate State Licensing Board.

• Have experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Exhibit strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.

• Be proficient with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth technologies.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

• Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet access.
