This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively create evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist members dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and potential substance use disorders.

• Ensure clear and prompt clinical documentation within the electronic medical record system.

• Coordinate care as necessary and foster a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case discussions.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and relevant state licensure requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted Oregon license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate; LPC Associates must be residents of Oregon.

• Candidates living outside Oregon must also maintain an active, unrestricted license in their respective state of residence.

• Licenses must be verified through the relevant State Licensing Board.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Excellent communication and clinical abilities with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.

• Proficient with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools.

• Capability to operate independently in a remote environment with professionalism and integrity.
