This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively create evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist members with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Flexibly engage with members experiencing substance use disorders when necessary.

• Ensure clear and timely clinical documentation within the EMR system.

• Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and relevant state licensure requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active and verifiable New Mexico license: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, or LMHC, along with a license in the state of residence if it is not New Mexico.

• All credentials must be validated through the State Board’s website during the application process.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Excellent communication and clinical skills, employing a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.

• Familiarity with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with professionalism and integrity.
