Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively create evidence-based treatment plans.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist members dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and occasionally substance use disorders.

• Maintain clear and timely clinical records within the electronic medical record system.

• Coordinate care as necessary and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and all relevant state licensure requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active and verifiable Illinois LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license, along with a license in your state of residence if not in Illinois.

• All credentials must be validated through the State Board’s website during the application process.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Excellent communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.

• Proficiency with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
