📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively formulate evidence-informed treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist Members dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and occasionally substance use disorders.

• Ensure precise and timely clinical documentation within the EMR system.

• Coordinate care as necessary and contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary atmosphere.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA and relevant state licensure regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active and verifiable Illinois LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license, along with an active license in your state of residence if it is not Illinois.

• All credentials should be validated through the State Board’s website during the application process.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Strong communication and clinical abilities with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.

• Proficient with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth technologies.

• Capacity to work independently in a remote environment while demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
