This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Carry out diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively create evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist members dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and occasionally substance use disorders.

• Keep clear and timely clinical records in the electronic medical record system.

• Coordinate care as necessary and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.

• Attend clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA and all relevant state licensure regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current and verifiable Illinois license: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT; must also hold a license in the state of residence if it is not Illinois.

• Credentials must be validated through the State Board’s website.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Excellent communication and clinical abilities with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.

• Proficient with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity.

• A private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet connection.
