Mental Health Therapist – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

• Manage a client caseload ranging from 7 to 20 sessions each week.

• Ensure availability of 8 to 24 total hours per week from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. MST.

• Conduct ongoing therapy sessions and assessments for new clients.

• Engage in weekly manager check-ins: 1 hour per week for the initial 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes per month.

• Utilize data to inform treatment decisions and modify approaches according to client progress.

• Collaborate with other mental health providers and make referrals when necessary.

• Complete, sign, and secure documentation in the EMR within 48 hours following client contact.

• Approximately 85% of total work time will be focused on direct client care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed in Arizona as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).

• Must be willing and motivated to obtain licensure in additional states.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience working with adults (18+).

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in teletherapy.

• Proficient in conducting clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9).

• Comfortable using EHR systems.
